Brent Shypitka, AScT established Glacier in 1996. Brent was providing Bridge Project Supervision services to the BC Ministry of Transportation and Highways (MOTH) periodically from 1991 to 1995 and after signing onto the Vacouver Island Highway Project (VIHP) in 1995 decided to incorporate a business to soley provide these services to the MOTH. Glacier provided site supervision and administration on various projects on the VIHP from 1995 to completion of the project in 2001.

Brent relocated to Cranbrook, BC in 2001 and has remained in this location comprising a team of personnel to ensure a project is managed and supervised properly by providing quality assurance/control, inspections, survey, and correspondence between the owner and all parties involved in the project.
